POSITION TITLE: MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION: Gather and update customer information to build and maintain data information. Help the company’s strategic objective of and expanding and evaluating the MICE market by conducting advanced and focused secondary research on Industry segments and verticals ranging from association & corporation. Coordinating with sales and cross functions to ensure follow ups on leads generated. Identify Industry trends, competitors and MICE industry trends through Market research & Cvent tools.

- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant should have internet research acumen.
- Applicant should have excellent spoken & written English.
- Ability to liaise across functional teams like sales & sales Operations.
- Good interpersonal skills and high attention to details.
- Proficient with MS office particularly, Excel.
- Positive attitude and out of the box thinker.
