Ms. Yashika Malik is a UGC-NET qualified Assistant Professor specialized in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). She holds a bachelor degree in law (BA LLB) from Gitarattan International Business School, GGSIPU, and Masters of Law ( LLM ) in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from Maharaja Argrasen Institute of Management Studies, GGSIPU. With prior experience in law firms, and certification courses in IPR and Consumer Protection, she has also contributed research articles in key legal issues bringing both practical insights and academic expertise to the legal field.
