Dr. Dhanbir has been awarded phd in public administration. He has pursued successfully B.A, M.A and M. Phil in the areas of political science and political administration. He has published 5 research papers in international journals. He has a teaching experience of 5 years in M.D.U, Rohtak in the dept. of public administration and 2 years in MERI PLI. Presently, he is engaged in teaching and research activities at MERI PLI.
