Mr. Mohit Mohan

Mr. Mohit Mohan is an accomplished academician and researcher with a strong foundation in Management and Economics. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at PLI, MERI Sampla (affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak), where he actively teaches undergraduate and professional programs. Dedicated to academic excellence, he focuses on fostering analytical thinking and practical application among his students.

A UGC-NET qualified scholar and 2020 JRF recipient, Mr. Mohan also holds HTET-PGT credentials. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at IMSAR, M.D.U. Rohtak, investigating the relationship between Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, and Financial Performance across manufacturing and service firms in India.

His core research interests lie at the intersection of corporate governance and intellectual capital. He has authored multiple research papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented extensively at national and international conferences, receiving an award for his work on corporate governance and firm performance. To continuously refine his academic and methodological skills, he has completed over 25 Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and training sessions focusing on Research Methodology, Data Analysis, and Online Pedagogical Tools. He brings demonstrated strengths in curriculum delivery, research supervision, academic writing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
