JOB Responsibilities: Work closely with the Project Management Office to understand client’s processes and translate the same into specific configuration elements for the solution. ·Communicate and collaborate with internal product development teams to formalize application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution ·Interpret Client requirements, as shared, and benchmark best practices for the same to be incorporated into Business Processes.·Create functional specification documentation for development requests ·Work on continuous process improvement and create audit framework to ensure quality delivery ·Review and document test cases and expose the solution to a comprehensive stress test ·Perform data audits to ensure high quality data uploads ·Post Implementation support and reviews with PMO for continuous improvement ·Internal Review with Teams and Management for product performance and operations improvement ·Create Audit mechanisms those would be critical to ensure · Solutions Mindset· Customer Focus (internal and external) · Team work and Flexibility · Agile Learning Ability · Inclination towards learning disruptive technologies · Ability to comprehend the larger vision of organization ·Key Expectations: Able communicator · Adaptability · Consensus generation ·ind Set
Pls note that this role requires extensive travelling to anywhere in India or abroad. Students applying should be open for relocation and travelling in India or Abroad. Also, there will be a Service Agreement of 2 years that will be signed at the time of joining.
Location: Initial Training of 1 year will be in Mumbai, Bangalore and Gurgaon office, post that employees will be deputed on Project Basis in India or Abroad. Students will not get a chance to choose their location
