NSS

The CSR Club / NSS Unit of MERI – “AAGHAZ” is a vibrant student-centric initiative dedicated to promoting social responsibility, ethical values, and active community engagement.  Two National Service Scheme (NSS) Units are duly registered at MERI under the National Service Scheme, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. The CSR Club/NSS Unit of MERI has adopted two villages: Sagar Pur Village, New Delhi and Nasir Pur Village, New Delhi, where continuous efforts are undertaken for community development, awareness creation, and social upliftment. A wide range of activities have been successfully conducted, including road safety awareness programs, environmental sustainability drives, health and hygiene campaigns, education initiatives, orphanage visits, and old age home visits.
