Centre for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan
MERI Group of Institutions entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Strategic Research (CSR) under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe on October 13, 2025. The MoU was signed by Prof Lalit Aggarwal and Prof Usmonzoda K Usmon in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Prof (Dr.) Ramakant Dwivedi and Amb Rajesh Uike.
The MoU seeks to foster mutual understanding and strengthen relations between India and Tajikistan through joint seminars, conferences, research projects, academic exchanges, and policy dialogues addressing regional and global issues of mutual interest. It also aims to promote cultural, educational, and people-to-people ties between the two countries.
Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy Republic of Uzbekistan
A delegation from the Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy (DTPI), Denov, visited the MERI Campus in New Delhi on August 23, 2025. The delegation was welcomed by Prof Lalit Aggarwal and Prof (Dr.) Ramakant Dwivedi.
The visit culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between MERI and DTPI, aimed at promoting joint research, student and faculty exchanges, and collaborative academic programmes. The MoU marked a significant step towards strengthening educational cooperation between India and Uzbekistan.
Journalism & Mass Communication University, Uzbekistan
MERI Group of Institutions entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Journalism and Mass Communication University of Uzbekistan (UzJMCU) in New Delhi on May 25, 2025. The MoU was signed by Prof Lalit Aggarwal and Dr. Ravshan Rayimjonov on behalf of their respective institutions. The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished dignitaries, including Prof (Dr.) Ramakant Dwivedi, His Excellency Mr. Sardor Rustambaev, faculty members, representatives from the Embassy of Uzbekistan, and other guests.
Diplomatic Academy, University of World Economy and Diplomacy , Tashkent, Uzbekistan
MERI Group of Institutions entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Diplomatic Academy at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in Tashkent on April 23, 2025. The MoU was signed by Prof Lalit Aggarwal and Prof Abdusamat Khaydarov in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Prof Sadiq S Safoyev and Prof (Dr.) Ramakant Dwivedi.
University of Innovation and Digital Technologies of Tajikistan (UIDTT), Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Kulov city of Tajikistan
MERI Group of Institutions entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Innovation and Digital Technologies of Tajikistan (UIDTT) on October 16, 2025, with the objective of strengthening academic cooperation, research collaboration, and international knowledge exchange between India and Tajikistan.
The MoU seeks to facilitate collaborative initiatives across the fields of Digitalization, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Management, Engineering, Law, Economics, and other professional disciplines.
On the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Ramakant Dwivedi was conferred the prestigious “Diploma of Honorary Professor” by the University of Innovation and Digital Technologies (UIDT) of Tajikistan, under the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, in Kulob City, Tajikistan.
