MERI GROUP OF INSTITUTION is looking for a Placement Manager /Asst Manager Job location – Janakpuri -Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Relations: Establish, visit  and maintain liason  with top-tier companies, MNCs, especially in the space sector  for campus placement .
  • Placement Strategy: Implement strategies to enhance the quality of placements, improve  salary packages, and maximize PPOs. Manage end-to-end campus placement , employer outreach, Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.

Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programmes.

  • Internship Management: Organise winter/summer internships, focusing on roles with  PPO offer .
  • Student Grooming: Train and prepare students through workshops, mock interviews, skill enhancement programs., Guest Lectures  and resume building to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. Ensure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances.
  • Academics – Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes.
  • Database Management:Maintain records of recruiters and student  updated placement records for MIS,  student performance reports,. placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement.

Job Specification : Proven experience 5 to 7 years  in training, placement, or corporate relations within an academic institution.

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills:Strong communication(verbal, written ), networking, and presentation skills. 

Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel ,V Lookup  and power point
