Dr. Kompal Barara is an Associate Professor with strong academic credentials, holding a Ph.D., M.Com, NET, JRF, and B.Com (Hons.) She brings over 11 years of overall teaching experience, including nearly 7 years at MERI since joining in January 2019.

With 8 years of post-qualification teaching experience and 2 documented academic contributions, Dr. Barara is known for her expertise in commerce, research methodology, and advanced academic instruction.
