Dr. Anil Kumar Grewal is an Assistant Professor of Management and an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Champion at the Management Education and Research Institute, Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, UGC-NET, MBA, and B.Com, with over 12 years of academic and industry experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and innovation.
He has been instrumental in establishing MERIStartupHub, an incubation centre fostering student-led ventures, and has designed innovative learning programs such as the Fun Learning Pre-Incubation Program (YIFF) to develop entrepreneurial mindsets among students. Dr. Grewal has also delivered numerous lectures and workshops, including sessions on “Be Your Own Boss” at Army Public School, Delhi Cantt, and “The Entrepreneurial Mindset: From Idea to Impact” at Ch. Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani.
A passionate researcher, Dr. Grewal has published papers in Scopus, ABDC, and IEEE-indexed journals, focusing on sustainable entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and innovation in education. He has also contributed book chapters and participated in faculty development programs by AICTE, IIM Bodh Gaya, and other national institutions.
His teaching philosophy integrates creativity, critical thinking, and experiential learning to empower students as future leaders and entrepreneurs.
