Dr. Pooja Singh Negi is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Management Education and Research Institute, bringing over 10 years of academic experience to the field of management education. She holds an MBA, M.Com, B.Ed, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from HNB Garhwal University, establishing her as a scholar with deep expertise in HRM and organizational studies.
Dr. Negi has served in multiple academic capacities, including thesis supervisor, research expert, and adjunct faculty at Liverpool Business School, England, reflecting her global academic exposure. A committed researcher, she is a lifetime member of the Indian Commerce Association (ICA) and the Indian Economic Association (IEA). Her scholarly contributions include numerous publications in national and international journals.
Her research excellence has been recognized through a BBAY Award nomination from the All India Commerce Association for the best paper of the session. Currently serving as a regular faculty memberans , she has 3 years of service in the present role and 8 documented academic contributions.
