Dr. Lalita Yadav is an Assistant Professor at the Management Education and Research Institute (GGSIPU), New Delhi, specializing in Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, and Organizational Behavior. She has over a decade of combined academic and industry experience, including a significant tenure as Assistant Manager – HR at Themis Pharmaceuticals.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management from SRM University and has completed advanced executive education in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. Her teaching portfolio includes HRM, Training & Development, MPOB, and HR Analytics, along with strong contributions to student mentoring and academic coordination.
