Dr. Simranjeet Kaur Bagga is an Assistant Professor at MERI with a distinguished academic background. She qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF & SRF) in April 2016, awarded by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to support her research endeavors. Additionally, she cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Human Resource Management for Lectureship, also conducted by UGC, in the same year. Dr. Bagga has published research in prestigious Scopus-indexed and UGC CARE list journals. With 4 years of teaching experience and 3 years of professional experience, her expertise spans Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior (OB), and Business Analytics.
