Ms. Preeti Verma Assistant Professor has done Master in Business Management (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow. with First Division, UGC NET in Management, and pursuing Ph. D. in HR from Bharati Vidyapeeth university. She has over Thirteen years work experience in academics and 1year of corporate experience. Her areas of specialization are Human Resource Management, Marketing Organizational Behavior. She has published many research papers in National and International Journals and participated in National and International seminars and conferences, FDP. She organizes many guest lectures, FDP and HR conclaves in the fields of Human resources, and research ,and her research interest is in the areas of Organizational Culture and Citizenship behaviour and Leadership Style.
