Ms. Sheela Narang Wadhwa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management with a rich experience of 9 years of working in both corporate and academia. She is a Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi, completed Masters in HRM in 2017, and qualified UGC NET in 2018. Her arears of interest of include Compensation Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, E-HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Business Communication and Personality Development. She has developed a short skill-based course related to Labour Laws. Her primary research area is electronic HRM, where she focuses on technology and HRM in the context of employee productivity, employee engagement, and psychological well-being. She has attended various seminars, conferences & workshops and has articles & papers presented as well as published in National as well as International Journals to her credit including Scopus and WoS indexed journals.
