Yashika Malik is an Assistant Professor at MERI Professional and Law Institute. She is UGC-NET qualified and holds an LL.M. with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights. Her academic and research interests span across Intellectual Property Law and Cyber Law, with a focus on emerging legal challenges in the digital ecosystem. She has published several research articles in reputed journals and continues to contribute to contemporary legal discourse through her teaching.
