POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Intern
Role Summary & Skills: Intern will analyze training needs and gaps. Intern will plan, develop, and report on statistics, including assisting with identifying core content. • Assisting with new projects for the team and put forth action plan for implementation • Carrying out research on topics as informed by the team and presenting with the latest information, analysis on implementation and actionable outcomes • Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all L&D activities including recording and monitoring attendance and follow up • Evaluate gaps in plan and recommend an enhanced Training Plan • Create an effective communication plan to engage employees to better understand their training needs, conduct assessment of current employees training needs, analyze the data, provide a tracking solution for ongoing training needs and present to the HR Training Team. • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and disciplines. • Ability to provide excellent oral and written communication including strong oral presentation skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. • Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives. • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Ability to multi-task, managing multiple priorities.
